Disc dryer
- The Disc dryer is the ideal solution to remove as much water, as gently as possible, from animal or poultry by-products that are relatively high in fat. These stoves are designed to use a steam pressure of up to 10 bar, and are the preferred choice for coarse inlets.
- It is good at handling animal by-products of volatile dry/wet specification, prior to final fat separation and grease polishing. Additional grease can be added, if needed to increase cooking efficiency.
- It is relied on that the heating surface area in the dryer is more than 5 times the cocker, and this leads to faster cooking of the product.
- The dryer is used to increase the factory’s production, as the cocker is used in the process of cracking creatine through pressure, and this is done within two hours, and the product is transferred to the dryer to complete the drying process, and then more cooks are made per day.
- There are different sizes of the dryer. The size is determined according to the customer’s needs.
